AI Developer
--AI Will Work--
As an AI Developer, you’ll be a core member of our cross-functional AI Platform Team. You’ll design state-of-the-art models, productionize them at scale, and ship magical user experiences—end-to-end. Expect to collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and backend engineers as you turn advanced algorithms into delightful, reliable features.
Responsibilities
- Research & Prototype: Explore novel architectures in NLP, computer vision, and multimodal learning—then rapidly prototype to test hypotheses
- Build & Scale: Convert research code into production-grade pipelines (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Kubernetes, Airflow).
- Model Ops: Own the full model lifecycle—data acquisition, training, evaluation, deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and retraining.
- API & Integration: Expose AI capabilities through robust REST/GraphQL services and embed them seamlessly into our web/mobile apps.
- Performance & Ethics: Optimize for latency and cost while enforcing bias mitigation, privacy, and explainability best practices.
Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping ML/AI solutions in production.
- Expert fluency in Python and modern deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar).
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to translate research into scalable, maintainable code.
Nice to have
- LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, contributions to open-source ML projects, or published papers.
- Additional languages
